What future for the Pangasius and Basa fish?

The Ministry of Agriculture of U.S is drafting the last of new regulations. Therefore, the Pangasius of Vietnam will be added into the list of slippery skin fishes, or called catfish. If these decisions are applied on December 2009 as expected, our Pangasius was exported into American market will be subject to special inspections, causing difficulties for domestic exporters.
