• Opening HACCP and professional training sessions (management skills, foreign language learning abroad, accountancy, lab…) for managerial staff and workers.
• Providing lunch pay of 5,500 VND/day at the company’s cafeteria.
• Providing free-of-charge lodging for workers in AGIFISH’s apartment complex with nearly 100 rooms (4 workers/room).
• Providing house repair for poor workers (20 cases, at a cost of 5 million VND/case) 
• Fully providing health insurance, social insurance policies, sickness and maternity benefits in accordance with Government’s laws.

Company’s Personnel policies:

• Appointment of one Deputy General Director in charge of production, one Deputy General Director in charge of marketing, one General Director Assistant in charge of finance, one director and two vice directors for HCM city affiliation, one head for marketing and business department, three directors and three vice directors for Freezing Factories, one Head and one Deputy Head for Enginerring Department. The Company begins to consolidate its management body in response to on-going work demands and development directions for the future.
• Promoting the human resource training for the Company, implementing the good policies of pay and bonus allocations to ensure workers’ income levels.
